So it began january of last year. I Started as 59 kilos, at 6ft that's light! with the help of my job, supplements, the right food & 0 alcohol I am now 77 kilos while still being under 10% body fat and now looking to push that to 90kg over this next year. Just started this app so please feel free add me, motivation is always welcome. Adios. X
