in Goal: Gaining Weight and Body Building
Started 12 months ago as 59 kilos, with the help of my job, supplements, the right food & 0 alcohol I am now 77 kilos while still being under 10% body fat. If anyone is in a similar situation or wants advice on gaining weight feel free to message me.
