I was just wondering if anyone has had any success from incorporating Kettlebells into their workout for weightloss. I don't live close enough to any gyms so I'm stuck with things that I can do at home. I started using Kettlebells and really like it, but want to make sure it's actually a useful workout. Thanks in advance!

Kettlebells workouts are awesome. Some decent vids on youtube to do at home.0

Kettlebells are great! lots of full body movements that add weight resistance to cardio. Personal favourites are KB swings, KB sumo squats and KB goblet squats0

I do a lot of different workouts (swimming, running, weights) but my HRM and activity tracker both think my kettlebell workout burns the most calories per minute. It sure makes me sweaty.0

Does wonders on removing fat from your stomach. Try fitnessbender on youtube.
Or if you have $10.00/month to spare try daily burn. I am quite impressed with their exercise programs.

Kettlebells are awesome, I just finished the program on livefitrevolution.org that uses kettlebells for their workouts (its free btw). I would recommend using KBs to anyone that has limited gym access or just wants a kickass way to get in shape at home. I didn't have a ton of weight to lose anymore when I started but my muscle gains and body shape have improved drastically over the last few months.0

Bear with me here:
"Before I started kettlebell training, I had never considered trying an instructor led fitness class. I had lost 25 pounds by working out on my own and making healthier food choices, so, I'd never really felt the need to join a class. However, once I signed up with my local kettlebell gym I regretted not having started sooner!
For me, every class is an opportunity to challenge myself to become a more functionally, as well as, physically, fit person than I was the day before. Grinding out the workouts instilled a new sense of confidence in me. A type of confidence that gave me the motivation to compete in three Kettlebell competitions, and successfully complete a Spartan Race.
Kettlebell training has reminded me that I AM capable and that I DO have what it takes; and I believe, besides keeping me in shape, that that is one the most important things I've gained."
**The above was modified from my "success story" found on my kettlebell gym's website. Basically, kettlebell workouts are great full body workouts. You're not going to become a body builder, or stick thin, but what will happen is that you'll become more FUNCTIONALLY fit. Personally, I believe functionally fit triumphs being skinny any day!0
