Hello to all my fellow losers! I have decided that this will be my year to finish my weight loss journey. I started about 2 years ago, I started at 275 and got down to 220. I used MFP and I excersized All. The. Time. Things were going great when life through me a curveball. Went through a horrible break up and had to move back home. I had no job and no money so I had to put my attention else where. Well, 2 years later and I feel like I'm finally in the right place to start again. Thankfully I didn't gain a lot back. Like 5 pounds. So, my question is.. How many calories do you think I should eat a day? I have it set a 1,500 now to lose 2lbs a week. I have a job that I'm on my feet and I excersize when I can.. About 3-4 days a week.

    I have lost 106 lbs with 144 to go feel free to add me. great job on your loss and keeping it off. I think 1500 sounds fine calorie wise.
