Ty rebecca. But im really trying to get lut of the habit of eating late. Ive lost 85lbs 4 yrs ago and i remeber going through a withdrawl stage in the beginning back then too just like a druggie or alcoholic trying to quit. I just dont remeber how i managed to be so strong back then. I should not be hungry at all but its the habit and im finding myself arguing inside if i should or not but duhhh obv i shouldnt. I cant believe im back at square one again. What an idiot i am.0

You are not an idiot. You can do this. The hunger pangs are real and mean your diet is working. Try drinking a large diet coke with ice. Or flavored water. That is what I do and it really helps me.0

I LOVE night snacking also. As I type this to you, my stomach is hurting major! Feels like it has been days since I ate even though I just ate dinner at 7. I am out if lemons and limes and thats why I havent dont anything about it but at night when it gets like this, I squeeze the juice half a lemon and 2 small limes (those teeny teeny tiny limes) in to a large cup. I then pour a whole 16oz bottle of water in with the lemon and lime juice then drink it not super fast or your stomach will hurt but have it all gone within 5 mins. ALWAYS makes my night cravings and hunger pains leave. Lemon lime water has been such a huge help for me during this. Drink it with a straw because I wasnt at first and my teeth became very sensitive!!0

My initial withdrawals were quite difficult, but I'm a sleep eater. I have been for over 30 years but I have found that if I have a small bedtime snack which includes both a carbohydrate and a protein then I don't eat in the night. I don't always have the snack but it helps me when I do. And then I also don't awaken ravenously hungry in the morning. I'm also diabetic so the late night snack controls my blood sugar in the night. Whether we like it or not, sometimes a late night snack just before bed helps us to not overeat at other times. You certainly are not an idiot, but remember what works for one isn't always what works for another. You'll find your fit, just please don't be so hard on yourself! It's hard but it is worth it.0
