Hi ... I started doing Jillians 30 day shred and I also run at least 3 days a week. I lost 30 lbs about 2 years ago but 10 lbs have crept back. I eat pretty healthy but I decided to hit it hard. I noticed that I have actually gained 3 lbs since starting :0( Am I doing something wrong? Does anyone have any advice?
