my daily goal to lose weight is 1440 calories... I usually only eat around 1250. Is this bad? Do I need to eat them all? I never eat my exercise calories but always eat atleast 1200 daily. Thoughts??

Hey meagan, im only new to this forum and app but from what i know i think your ok I a female 16 year old who also eats around 1250 çalories a day (and am also VERY concious of it!!) and from research i have discovered that the normal/healthy daily calorie intake for 14-16 year olds is 1200-1800. So it really just depends on your age and what your main goal is e.g. lose weight, gain weight, maintain weight. Though if anyone sees that this information is wrong please correct me!! Im still learning myself0
