I m latly hanging out on social network groups with Russian bodybuilders and fitness fans. And what I discovered is that most successful of em do follow calorie in vs calorie out but got another very important rule which Everybody promote: 1
.no carbs after sunset and limiting carbs (simple carbs out totaly) to 1.5-1 per 1kg of body weight. I be looked for researches and can't find a clear answer.
And they (girls mainly) look great and lean.
2. Eat everyday 5-6 times a must, small portions
3. Ah and as well they teach me that knee shouldn't get out from the toe while squatting. As it works butt better. Their back side is flawless!!
Can anybody tell me if that's all really true??
