My goals and aims via my fitness pal

This is my 3rd day using my fitness pal! I'm mainly using the app to help me monitor my calorie intake. I want to lose a stone in the next 2months. With the help of Instagram and General browsing I have managed to find some great, healthy recipes that I will share on my page!

Forunately I am already an active person. I frequently go running about 3times a week (minimum) for the past 4 years. I have only recently got in to using weights and strength based training. I will be sharing the details of my workout routines and any helpful tips!

I am hoping to network with people who can offer advice and tips for workouts and healthy eating. It doesn't matter how long you have been eating right and exercising for; there is still plenty more to learn!
