Any other MS sufferers in Kent, UK, trying to lose weight?

Hi, I'm Debs and I'm 'nearly new' here, struggling to lose weight and feel better! I'm in West Malling in Kent, have Multiple Sclerosis, and am trying REALLY hard to lose a fair bit of weight, without the ability to do much in the way of fitness! I have good days and bad days, so good days I do a bit of walking with my dogs and/or a bit of walking/running on my Roger Black treadmill. It's hard work and wondered if there was anyone else in the same situation?.. :)
