Good morning! :) I just recently starting going to the gym everyday and eating super healthy, I was just wondering about how long until you normally start seeing some results. I know it takes time but was just wondering on average. I've been at it for 16 days now and can see some changes but nothing drastic. Thanks!

It depends, what is your goal?

Depends on goals, try not to focus on only weight and by looking at scales, go by how you feel first, then by the mirror. Hopefully you are doing weight training with your diet and not just typical treadmill and or running, weightlifting will increase your muscle definition and also help burn more fat. Look into some hiit cardio as well, it's 10 times more effective at burning fat. Good look.

It depends on how much weight you have to lose, where you carry it, how much of a deficit you're in, if you're strength training, what your goals are, etc etc etc.

I dropped a dress size in the first month of working out and calorie counting.

About a month or two months. Be sure that you are taking measurements and pictures of yourself. (Better trackers than the scale ) If you are lifting weights also track how much you are able to lift now than when you started.

My goal is to tone up at first then to build more muscle, I've been counting calories and eating "clean" and have been doing great with that. I started at 121lbs, and 22.7% body fat, but haven't stepped on a scale since the first day as I don't want to see a difference on the scale, I want to see it in the mirror and in my body fat percentage. I am doing weight training and feel AWESOME... The best I've felt in a long long time. I guess that's really all that matters, I was just curious to see about how long until I can really notice a difference in the mirror :)
