Trying to lean up!

Hello, I figured I should start re-using this app. I've already lost about 3stone last year (not sure of my exact starting weight) so now looking to lean up. I've decided to do core based exercise, body balance, cardio and now want to focus on protein and veg (all vegetarian) with limited carbs and dairy! New steps as this is a change to last year's diet, hopefully it will work as I'm in a real self punishing rut at the moment.
Need to stop eating chocolate and cake...

Any advice on kicking sweets will be very welcome x
