Back again... again

Hello everyone. I've been away for a bit. I am returning again in hopes of being very serious about staying on track... not just getting there, but staying there. One week ago I wrote on my calendar at home "16 LBS in 16 WKS," which is my current goal. I have cut way back on dining out... first step. I lost 1.5 in week one and hope I keep going strong. Looking for new friends and offering friendship :-)
