Sooo I bought some frozen cubed butternut squash today just for the heck of it. Can I thaw it and eat it with a little Greek yogurt? Will it taste good with some butter? Or what about garlic butter? What spices would go best on it? thanks

You can make a very nice soup with it. Spices to use are similar to what you would use with pumpkin.0
