I bought some oatmeal with brown sugar, raisins, and craisins from my caf, what should I log it in as?
A. Quaker Homemade oatmeal w brown sugar, raisins, and craisins
1 cup cooked = 170 cals, 42 carbs, 0 fat, 5 protein
B. Homemade oatmeal with craisins and brown sugar
1 cup cooked = 230 cals, 48 carbs, 3 fat, 5 protein
Which version is likely to be more accurate?

I'm thinking version A because I actually bought oatmeal with brown sugar, raisins, and craisins rather than version B (just craisins and brown sugar)0

I'd probably log version B to be on the safe side.0

Log each ingredient separately and guess on the amounts of dried fruit and brown sugar added. It's likely to be more accurate that way.0

I just ate an 8 oz rib eye from a restaurant. Someone give me an estimate of how many cals and protein should be in it. Theres way too many options on MFP, and I have absolutely no idea which to choose.0
