I've used myfitness before, it helped me lose up to five pounds!, but I fell back into stress eating and gained it back plus some :(.
The app works great but I figured what I really need is support, so I wanted to start with the forums here! I am 5'4 and at 143lbs on average. My current goal weight is 130lbs which is only 13lbs to go but it's the hardest 13lbs I've ever had to lose! I use to actually weigh 165 pounds at one point, but never has it been so hard to lose weight! It's driving me crazy but I am committed.

I run three times a week, and take Crossfitness on Tuesday/Thursdays. So I'm really serious about losing this weight.

I just wanted to drop by and say hello, I hope posting and chatting more with other people dieting will help me :) So if you need a friend for support, or need some good work out ideas, hit me up!
