No energy today

Having a tough day today. Have no energy, yawned thorough my workout, that only lasted 15 instead of 45 minutes. What do you do to motivate yourself? I've lost 70lbs, just started up again, need to lose 40 more. Ugh! Just want to be done already.

    I get that way too!! My trick that seems to work is, right when i get home from work I put my workout clothes on immediately- dont sit down or go into the kitchen! They are also usually my favorite tops/bottoms to workout in that way i feel good when i put them on :)
    If youre already at the gym and still not motivated, make sure you have a workout plan for the day hidden away on your phone as backup- that way you dont just wonder around. If you have a guide as to what you need complete, it may help keep you focused :)

    The way I see it is that you're going to have off days sometimes, just make up for it in your next workout. At least you did 15 mins, you could've thought forget it, and done none! Something is better than nothing, so don't beat yourself up about it.

    I find that when I'm energy less I still do my workout but at a slower pace, and build up if I feel myself gaining some energy.
