Im frustrated that MFP has cal Calc for dog walking and painting and vigorous cleanjng, but NOTHING for max effort High Intensity cardiovascular fitness like Crossfit. My caloric burn for 20 mins of constant box jumps , wall balls, Olympic lifts and pull ups (etc) far exceeds the silly number I see for Aerobic Vigorous Effort. Anyone have a work around or method of proper calcuoation?

WODs vary so much it would be impossible to have a one size fits all calorie estimation.

How do you figure that it is far above? The numbers here? I would guess slightly higher but not substantially.

HR monitor will not be accurate and will likely give you an inflated burn. The calorie estimation algorithms are based on steady state cardio, which Crossfit is not.
