I am 4.3lbs away from my goal and eat about 10% below my TDEE for about 0.2-0.4lbs a week loss. Should I just leave it at 10% below TDEE until I reach goal or should I reduce it to 5%?

I did what you are doing and I left it at the 10%. Best of Luck :)

If you are losing about 0.2-0.4lbs a week that sounds a nice steady way to get to goal.

Should make for an easy transition to maintenance as you wont have much adjusting to do once you get to a goal weight range. Well done you!

Get to the bottom and then slowly increase. Then you can balance out.

At least for me, I was losing quite slowly at the end.

Don't let up, it will just take longer to get to target.

As soon as you add calories, you take on more water to process them. So it might help you to overshoot the target. So again, don't let up now.

    Nice job.
