Back on MFP after recovering from an injury, cleared by my dr to pick up normal workouts again, ready to make some new friends here and burn some fat I'm currently conditioning my self for more advanced workouts join me!

What kind of work outs do you do. I enjoy running. I can run forever it's the strength training that's my struggle. I would like to get a more tone stomach.0
