Back to trying to eat healthy and do more excercise. Just praying to stick with it. I wanna get to the point where this is as easy as breathing for me!

Good luck. Find an exercise you love doing as well as the time everyday if possible that you like doing it and you will most likely stick with it. Also don't do what I use to do work out to eat. My weakness is chips so I would work out 4 times a week to eat a bag of chips not a good choice.0

Thanks. My weakness Is soda and chocolate. Haven't had a soda in a few days chocolate either!!! I actually havr been opting to drink more watwr0
