Fitbit & MyFtinessPal not syncing.

I finally synced my fitbit with myfitnesspal and the two worked for the first day perfectly. Now they aren't working. Quite frustrating.
I have turned my Bluetooth on and off, took syncing off and on, turned my phone off, logged off myfitnesspal, logged off fitbit and logged back in. Nothing seems to be working.
Any reason why this isn't working? any other troubleshooting I should try?

    Mines suddenly stopped syncing after a month. I've tried disconnecting and re-connecting it to the app, so far with no joy. if I figure it out I'll let you know

    Ok, thank you. I can always add in my time walking manually but the whole point was for it to be one less thing to think about. But I might just go back to not inclduding my walking.

    I am a pedestrian/transit gal, and my job requires a lot of walking so when tracking I rack up 15,000 almost daily. By the end of the week I'm well over 70,000+ steps even if it's not completely accurate.

    How do you think it is tracking sleep? Not convinced it's that accurate

    it's not completey accurate with sleep but it definitely gives you an idea.. i have sleep issues so i am restless through the night..

    as for not syncing i periodically have issues and sometimes what i do is restart my phone. not just turn it off but restart.. you can also try uninstalling the app and reinstalling i have had to do that as well..

    I think I figured it out, had to enable the negative calorie count on myfitnesspal, not sure if that's the prefect solution but it's working!
