I am Mark. I transitioned to this plan from a Dr. administered plan that was too expensive - but it got me started. I am enjoying this program and app. I am down 15 pounds for the previous program and I have continued to lose with this My Fitness pal app. I don't exercise because of a bad hip, but with entering calories every time I eat I'm staying on course and loosing a little each week.

Looking for healthy, low cal snack for the evening. Any ideas you can share?
