I just started using MFP yesterday after a long hiatus. I've used it in the past , but never for very long. My eating habits have gotten so out of control especially late at night. I work out using strength training , hiit and cardio 5 days a week, but I haven't been losing because I eat anything and everything I want. For the past week and a half or so I have slowly been changing my eating habits. In combination with this app I feel like I am on a great journey to be the happy and healthy woman I want to be. I will keep this short, I am looking for some friends for motivational support. Please free feel to add me.
