Necessity not Optional

So my biggest challenge is staying on track and keeping myself in a routine. It's been difficult to lose weight since I take a steroid to retain fluid but I'm doing my best to lose even if it's only a few lbs every 6months to 1year. My problem area is my stomach...I don't mind having thicker thighs and having a butt, I Actually love having more to my lower half. To be honest I am pretty proportional from top to bottom, i just want my stomach to be smaller. Right now I feel like I look bloated in my lower tummy and honestly my arms could use a little work too. I'm only allowed to do low impact exercises so I'm trying to get back to doing 30 minutes on the treadmill and potentially getting back into yoga. Any suggestions for success or fitness routines that are low impact feel free to reach out! I'm interested in any feedback that can lead to positive results!
