Kettlebell

I can't find kettlebell training anywhere. I do it for 1/2 hour each day. It's a major calorie shredder.

    I'd like to figure out how to add this into my exercises too. Any ideas? Why isn't it listed as a workout?

    Have not done much with one but I have been looking to purchase one. I just use weights right now.

    If you belong to a gym, usually at least 1 trainer will have a special certification for it. I get a lot of workouts on YouTube. You want to search around or find somebody who really knows what they are talking about either way. Proper form and technique not only prevent injury, but make results more effective as well! I love kettle bells! They even have them at my daughter's elementary school this year!

    Still looking to have it added to exercise database. I do it two times a week for 45 minutes.
