Preplan or just wing it ?

I pre log everything the night before. With the exception of my days off usually I do those in the morning. If I don't have a set schedule for my food I'll go over all the time. Its so easy to say "there's no way that's has too many cals" and then I log it later and I exceeded my limit by 400 cals.0

I log my calories after I eat, I never pre log, I eat a wide variety of foods and almost always eat something different for lunch everyday and supper. My snacks also vary, day to day. To each their own, if pre logging works for you, then that is great, we all just need to do what feels comfortable, to continue losing weight.0
