need help with foods to hit my goals

    It's really not complicated.

    Protein = meats, eggs, fish, cheese, nuts, yogurts, protein shakes + bars

    Fat = cheese, nuts, oils, nut butters, avocado,

    carbs = pretty much everything has a carb... you can't mess that up unless you're stupid, literally.

    Don't make it harder than what it should be, look at the nutrition facts on food and see for yourself. Eat a variety of foods including sweets you might enjoy. Don't stick to eating broccoli and fish everyday or you WILL fail

    Two frozen chicken cordon blue (oven tasters) four servings of idahoan mashed potatoes, two small 100 calorie salads with Olive Garden dressing, and a small slice of carrot cake fits them completely. Totally not the healthiest diet at all, but that's the one time I hit it on the nose. Remember to take it with a grain of salt to a point. If you input a healthy salad it shows as 98%fat and 2% carb. Unless you're deviating drastically from what it says, I wouldn't worry about it too much. Eat foods you like in moderation. Make healthy choices when possible. (Don't eat the above mentioned plan for a day the sodium is more than double what you need. It was a weird day for me haha). Get some protein, veggies, and a few fun starchy foods and you will get close almost every time.
