first day back. went better than expected. I am not going to bed hungry. I started meal prepping which makes life SO much easier. I recommend it if you don't already do so already. also incorporated a pre work out supp and for someone who's never done it before, I LOVED IT. I didn't go over board. just used what I needed and it did give me that boost. I will use it daily. mostly just here for support and to converse with others who are apart of the fitness journey. would love to hear from you all. feel free to respond or add me!
