Second Time Around

I started in February 2012 at 384 by August 2012 I had lost 80 lbs...and then I thought I could have just one cupcake...famous last words. I've been low carb'ing off and on since. Was back up to 366 in March 2014. On 1/25/15, I re-committed to this WOE. My starting weight is 339. My goal is to lose 180 lbs. I'm not a sweetaholic, but still a food addict.

    Motivation and dedication are key! The road to fitness, as you may already know, is a long and tough one. Don't get discouraged, never give up and remember that each day is an opportunity for you to become a better version of yourself than the day before.

    Losing those first 80 lbs must've made you feel so good! Try to hone in on how accomplished you felt, and use that as your motivation to get going again. You can do this. I have no idea who you are, but I have 100% confidence that you can hit your goals as long as you give it everything you have.
