Hello everyone,
My name is Kim or you can call me Shoonya,(my spiritual name)_/\_
2013/2014 I was needing to go to the hospital every 3 weeks for cancer treatments and was unable to pass the chocolate cake in the coffee shop.
End of treatments, with all the cappucinos to go with it, I found myself weighing 73kgs and not 63kg as when I began the cancer journey. I am only 150cm tall and so felt so obesely overweight I'd cry.
Now, with some consideration of my poor little body, I am making the day about sticking with my eating plan and exercising. This wonderful app is so helpful. Every time I eat or drink something, it is logged into my phone or the computer.
When I stopped the hospital visits, my weight dropped to 70kg and hasn't budged for 7 months. The new year is a great time to make the decision and choice to drop the unwanted weight gained from slubbing around after chemotherapy and radiotherapy treatments.
I craved a piece of flourless orange cake and a hot chocolate today and ate them. I am still able to enjoy them in my mind, as I can have salmon salad with 5mls balsamic vinegar dressing for dinner, rather than the higher kj meals in the freezer. So yummy and such a feel good after eating it. YUMMY!!!
With all on my plan to eat, I am still 1,153kj under my daily limit of kilojoules, regardless of the cake and hot chocolate. Mind you, I had to do lots of exercising, on treadmill and bike and housework to allow this to happen. This makes me happy as my home is clean and my work is done. Nothing to do but watch the soap opera and have dinner, shower and send a Happy Big Love Day message to my loved one, soul mate.
Happy Big Love Day to you all and please feel free to contact or message me if I can help I will do my best. I ask you be patient with me please as I still have medical appointments and get extremely busy somedays. My waist has gone from 94cm on 23.01.15 to 92.5cm 29.01.15 all because of this my fitness pal app. Brilliant!!! I am an Australian woman, so would like to share with Australian women, if possible. I do kilograms, grams, kilojoules and centimetres, not pounds and ounces or inches.
Gods Blessings upon you all and I look forward to hearing from you.
