Your MFP goal to achieve your target weight loss is 1450 without exercise
You've eaten 1393 calories
You've told MFP you burnt 346 extra calories in exercise
So the amount you have netted is 1047 calories eg 1393-346
And you still have 403 calories. To eat
Eg your goal to eat is 1450+346=1796 calories

You ate 1393. You (exercised) burned off 346 ... Netting you 1047 calories retained
Calories In (1393) minus Calories Out (346), right?0 -
