Forgot to say... there you can try insanity p90x, zumba and many others. I do have Turbo Fire and it is like aerobics, I do sweat more than insanity because i can do some push up in insanity while Turbo Fire is more suitable for woman and it is a 5 months workout .. I do suggest you to buy it. I can't really tell you about the results because i am mixin it with Insanity.
