fruit is it good for you?

Hi OP. If you're eating fruit and vegetables (which you should) you're not eating no carb, which you've likely figured out by now.
Eat your vegetables. If you want to keep your carbs lower, then aim for lower sugar/lower glycemic load fruits and yes, focus more on the vegetables. Again, that won't be a very low carb diet, and it certainly won't be a no carb diet since both are, well, carbs.
So again, eat a balanced diet, rich in whole foods (including lots of vegetables and some fruit) and move more. Good luck.
