I know I'm not hungry but I eat. I know I should get up but I flip the channel for the next bit of sponsored entertainment. I know I can do better but I find excuses not to.

I'm not diabetic, not celiac, nothing wrong my thyroid and I've been through the gambit for years/decades. My opinion... you have to get up and stay up for a good portion of the day and you need to be honest with yourself with what goes into your body.

I'm done with shortcuts and I'm done with miracle diets and unsustainable plans. Time for smarter choices, real foods, sugar in forms with fiber, food diary (MFP), getting off my chair and playing with my medicine balls.
