Losing LMM, when to be concerned?

I'm approaching my first week goal and using a fat scale. At what point should I be concerned about muscle lost? Numerically I've lost about .5lb of muscle and lost 3.2lbs less than a week.
I realize the fat scale isn't super accurate but I have to go on something.
What things should I be looking at in terms of 'feeling' or physical responses to tell me that I have to slow down or change something.

Hey congrats on the 3lbs! good job getting the ball rolling. So its kinda hard to tell if you are losing too much mass or not because I dont know your stats and your current calorie and macro settings. feel free to message me though and I can help you get everything straight. for the most part though you are going to lose alittle bit of muscle when you are cutting fat but .5lbs seems alittlee too high0
