Lost 50lbs so far counting calories

Hello. I'm Aurora. I started a food journal last March. Everyday writing down what I ate, measuring my food and keeping track of my progress in a lil note book. Was doing great till the holidays came. Took 3 months off of dieting, gained 20lbs. That just showed me this is going to be an everyday thing. I must keep a journal, but the notebook was a lot of hassle and a lot of guess work. I found this app and it's so much easier and really excited to keep on track and support from people who understand how hard this is. I lost 75lbs but gained 20lbs back so I am only down 55lbs. I want/need to lose another 75-80lbs. Taking it one day at a time and excited to see where this will take me!
