In all my years running I've never had this problem until now...... Under arm chaffing. It hurts, is god awful ugly, and I have no idea what to do about it. Any help/ advice to treat and prevent would be appreciated. I run in dry fit clothing, too.

I only had that problem with one of my shirts - it has a rough fabric and no sleeves. so it got excluded from my running gear...0

I have Body Glide anti chafe that I use. I put it on before my runs and then after if I have a problem with chafing. It really does help! I hope it gets better because that is the worst.0

+1 to body glide! It works really well, I also use aquaphor, its a greasy gel that helps with healing. It will keep the area wet while it heals!0
