When marinating meat, such as pork tenderloin, how do you account for the calories? Would I measure how much I started with and subtract what is discarded? Do I count it all and divide by the amount of servings?

    I normally use italian dressing, balsamic vinaigrette or something like that for marinades. I usually just add a serving of whichever kind to account for it.
