Hello everyone!
It's been about a year now since I graduated college, and I still put myself in the same eating habits I had during that time. However, moving from a hectic schedule being a student-athlete to working a normal 9-5 job, I've realized that I need to make a complete change to my diet in order to get back to a healthy weight. I've been at it for almost a month now, and I still feel like I'm going strong. However, I'm having a hard time looking at this as a complete change, and not something that I'll only have to do until I get to my goal weight. I'm just trying to take things a day at a time. Anyway, feel free to add me as a friend if you'd like. I'm sure we could all use the extra motivation!
