    You can do it, once you get into the swing of it then logging/weighing/moderating will become like second nature. :)

    Wow! Thanks for the encouragement. I just resisted a delicious chocolate chip cookie and, later came an offer to invite myself to a awesomely delicious slice of vanilla pound cake. I resisted that as well. I'll have treats like that in due time (small portion, of course), but right now, it's not worth it.
