Is it accurate, Worth the money? Work with Samsung Galaxy 5? Calories burned right?

I have the flex and love it as far as steps and movement goes. I don't use it for the calories burned (I have a polar HRM which give me much more accurarcy). There is a fitbit app which works with Galaxy 5 and you can sink the Fitbit with myfitness pal. There are some times where I think it under estimates the steps, depending on the type of workout, but I would rather have them under estimate, then over.

I had the Flex for over a year. I liked it. There is an app you download on your phone and it is available for Android and it will sync through there. It seemed to be fairly accurate. I just recently upgraded to the Charge.

Yeah I seen the charge but the flex was more affordable but if I like it I may go up next year.

Love my fitbit flex. It helps me set a goal as far as steps. On weekends, I pull up my app and think "I need to move". I don't use the sleep monitor too much but it's cool. But I do like the silent alarms. Yes, it will sync with the galaxy 5.

I've enjoyed the Fitbit but only as a very expensive reminder to move. With that said, I have found it to be very accurate in terms of movement and steps. As an example: I usually do 30 min on the treadmill and then do weights for 40 minutes. If I plug the numbers directly into MFP for the 2 different methods, I'm usually within 50 -60 calories of what my fitbit is showing as calories burned.

So I guess I'm pleased with it's performance and what it does for me. As for what it works with? Mine is on Apple products, so I can attest to it working with Apple?
