Does anyone else do tabata style work outs? Specifically I use fitness blender and do with tabata or HIIT work outs but don't know how to log them.. I'm using circuit training but I feel as though it's being generous with calories burned.. I don't have a fitbit or this would be a non issue! Thanks in advance

You can create your own entries and log it based on the time and calories Fitness Blender provides, or if you have a HRM, you can log a more accurate calorie count.0

As stated above, most accurate method is to use a HRM. I think there is an entry for HIIT or circuit training workouts on the exercise list. You should be able to manually enter your time and calories burned0
