Bowflex workout question.

I will be the first to admit that I know nothing about strength training. I'm learning.
I have a Bowflex. The PR1000 that I bought last year. I was wondering if anyone had suggestions on a good workout routine. I did look at the routine in the manual. There are just so many.
Right now I do 5 sets at 15 reps each (trying to work my way up) of *leg presses (160 lbs total); *ab crunches (80 to 100 pounds total); *bench press (80 pounds); * seated row (80 to 100 pounds).
My stats: Female. 40 years old. 5 feet tall. 118 pounds.
My main problem areas are my arms (weak in my opinion) and abs (had 3 kids). My legs are in pretty good shape.
Any advice will be appreciated. Thanks.
