Hey AK here.

Been using the the app for 70 days and decided to finally post in the forums.
I'm Amir. I'm 29. I'm a computer technician.
I somehow managed to let myself go over the years and managed to gain 100 lbs.
I was 285 when I started trying to get in shape last october.
I'm now down to 225 and my goal is to cut down to 170.
Once I hit 170 I'll bulk up to 200 because i want to put on some muscles.
Then cut down to where ever 10% BF is. Hoping about 180-185.
So that's my 2 year goal.
