Love handles gotta go

any advice for at home exercise. Just something simple to lose my love handles.

    You can't target lose, so you just need to focus on creating a deficit; you can do that through food or adding in exercise. Cardio is easy and can be done outside, walking, running etc. Calisthenics are easy to do at home, look into some programs like You Are Your Own Gym or Convict Conditioning.

    Calorie deficit and time. Since you can't spot reduce, it's the only thing that can be done. Although, weight training will help maintain your muscle, which mens you concentrate on fat loss.

    We are the chorus, and we agree, we agree, we agree. Seriously, 'tho -- on a lot of guys (yours truly included), those little handles on the hips are the last chunk of fat to go, so it's necessary to get the body fat % pretty low (into the teens somewhere) before those suckers are gone. That means exercise, including the important one -- the fork-down, table-pushaway.
