Its hard to stay on track when my roommates bring junk into the house. My willpower is slipping and it feels like a constant battle to stay on track. Not to mention they eat my healthy food to top it off! Urg! Any ideas on how to keep on track when they live off pizza, chips, and pop?!

Eat your healthy food so you will be full to even think of eating the pizza. If you still want their food then try to fit it in your calories intake for the day, being mindful of the sodium, and macros. Good luck with that.

I know what you mean. I had this a few times in the past and it would make me so mad as they would still eat my food. I find packing my own food and getting out of the house helps, just so I'm away from all of it. Also try putting your healthy stuff in a bag and tie it. If it's separated from the rest of the food in the house people will feel less inclined to eat it.

What oncem0re said is really good - bulk up on your healthy food and make some room for the junky stuff within your calorie limit.
