Last year I found to be a very challenging year for me in many respects; I worked nonstop and just run down, I stopped my regular workouts and I had trouble staying on track with my diet. I really wanted 2015 to be different and to be better; I wanted this year to be the year that I finally got back on track with my diet and exercise. I also had been thinking for a long time about completely becoming a vegetarian and starting Jan 1 I decided to completely embrace a vegetarian diet. Well we are almost at the end of the month now and I am feeling great. I am looking to motivate others and to be inspired by others. Would love to be part of your support team :-)
