I am a 35 year old male in New Orleans. I have been eating a Paleo diet for a little under 3 months. I did not find this site until recently but I have lost 22 pounds since I started eating Paleo. Now it's time to tone up as I will be starting a body weight exercise to get into shape to start P90x.
