Hi, Jim is the name.
New profile set-up and ready for a full re-boot from Sunday.
I am finishing off the January Dryathlon (no booze) for Cancer Research here in the UK and after done n dusted looking to get things progressing to a nice healthy lifestyle.

As I say time-zones don't matter and happy to help and support as I have done in the past.
I have a core set of friends who are fantastic and we have loads of fun along the way.
